Auction terms and conditions all items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. If you have any questions about items please ask prior to bidding for said items. We have tried to make sure we have provided an accurate description of any items based on pictures and descriptions. DO NOT  BID ON ITEMS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO PAY & PICK UP ITEMS BASED ON SCHEDULE BELOW (Unless other arrangements are made)
Company will send you an invoice of items won (when auction ends). We will send you a follow up invoice through square for payment (within 48 hrs of auction ending). Our invoice will have the sign up genius link to sign up for pick-up. 

Online Auctions - pick up times are as follows and will be 15 min appointments per customers. (items must be paid for in order to pick-up)

Dec 2nd 1 pm - 6 pm

Dec 3rd 1 pm - 6 pm

You will need to sign up on Sign-up genius when your invoice is emailed to you.. 
Any other appointments outside of this schedule will need to be approved before bidding. Items that have to be taken to our off-site in North topeka will incurre additional charges ($20 & up)

Please bring help for large furniture items as we will not have extra help to move items out.

We do however offer delivery, please ask before bidding what the cost for this service is (based on items won)

Shipping will be done Wednesday & Thursday after the sale ends. (shipping cost are postal plus handling)

SAFETY As a company we will be wearing mask & practicing social distancing as we help all customers coming to pick up their items. We ask that you do the same if possible!
