Cash, good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover credit cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Bring help to load your larger items. please. Limited help is available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No public restrooms. No early sales. All sales final.
We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. We will be sanitizing surfaces during the sale and want all our friends and patrons to be safe. Masks are not required but we do encourage mask usage. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will take responsibility for the safety of others and wear a mask and observe social distancing.
This sale is being conducted in a smaller bungalow style home. Crowd size may be limited depending upon the size of the line. We will be handing out numbers 30-45 minutes before the sale starts. We do not approve "markers". We ask you to take your place in line prior to the door opening.
We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. We do value your questions and will do our best to be responsive. We will be adding pictures periodically now throughout the sale dates. Please check back to see what is new.

This sale represents the lifetime collection of an individual who loved unique and unusual items. He was particularly fond of the Arts and Craft period and enjoyed pottery, lamps, and artwork from this era. In the endeavor to add to his collection he also acquired other interesting antiques that inspired his imagination and caught his eye. You will find the house is packed wall-to-wall with fun collectibles and eye-catching goodies.
This cute bungalow style home is also for sale "by owner". We will have info available during the sale and will post pictures of the exterior the day before the sale. The home has been updated with new windows, increased insulation, new countertops, new tub/shower combo, and paint throughout. It has hardwood flooring, good lighting, and a generous LR and BR on the main floor. The sleeping porch on the second floor has been converted to a second BR. There is off-street parking and a fenced yard. The neighborhood is welcoming and there is a large front porch to sit and sip your morning coffee on. Please see the pictures that I have posted today of the exterior of the home.

NOTE: Since the forecast is for freezing weather on Thursday, we will be handing out numbers at the door 30-45 minutes before sale time. You can then remain in your vehicle to stay warm and have a cup of coffee until forming a line shortly before the door opens at 9:00am.
