This is a very fun sale with lots of treasures. House has narrow hallways and small rooms so please be respectful of fellow shoppers. For those early bird out of town attendees, Topeka estate sale attendees do not use 'markers', so those won't be recognized in line. However, a sign up sheet will be placed outside at 6 AM. Door will open promptly at 7:30. When pulling the sales tag on a larger item, please write your name on the card below the sales ticket.
Everything 1/2 price on Saturday. Bids will be accepted until the end of the first day which are higher than 1/2 price. Bids must be on items over $50. $10 minimum increments in bids. Highest bidder notified after sale closes on first day. Bids are binding.
