5.) There will be no holds for purchases made by customers. Once the sale transaction had been completed, the buyer is expected to have their purchased items taken with them off of the premises.

6.) PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS IN THE AREA. Please do not block the driveways of nearby residences. Driveway of the estate sale location will be used for loading purposes only - No Parking.

7.) WE WILL BE ACCEPTING CASH PAYMENTS ONLY FOR BIG TICKET ITEM PURCHASES. BIG TICKET ITEM PURCHASED ARE THOSE OF =/+ $750.00.

All sales final. We accept payments of cash, debit / credit card. Credit card minimum purchase of $5.00 required. 3.9% BUYERS PREMIUM may be assessed to credit card transactions. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. The sale of motor vehicles will require all buyers to have certified funds for these purchases, and are sold AS IS without any warranty unless otherwise noted. Any known issues, problems, or defects on any vehicle will be disclosed and posted upon said vehicle at the time of sale.
