COVID-19 RECOMMEDATIONS FOR SHAWNEE COUNTY WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS SALE.
1.) Children allowed with parental supervision.
2.) Social Distancing guidelines will be adhered to.
3.) If you have a mask, please wear it while shopping this sale. Please help us to protect eachother by wearing them.
4.) Firearms will be sold and will require two valid forms of identification for their purchase.
5.) There will be no holds for purchases made by customers. Once the sale transaction had been completed, the buyer is expected to have their purchased items taken with them off of the premises.
6.) PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS IN THE AREA. Please do not block the driveways of nearby residences. Driveway of the estate sale location el be used for loading purposes only - No Parking.
Bidding options for items will be available.
All sales final. We accept payments of cash, debit / credit card. Credit card minimum purchase of $5.00 required. 2.9% surcharge may be assessed to credit card transactions. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. The sale of motor vehicles will require all buyers to have certified funds for these purchases, and are sold AS IS without any warranty unless otherwise noted. Any known issues, problems, or defects any vehicle will be disclosed and posted upon said vehicle at the time of sale.
This sale will be equipped with an array of items ranging from antiques to furniture to photography equipment to clothing to dolls and SO much more. There is much to see, and much to claim in this sale.
We also have a few electronics available. TV's DVDS, CD's, books, etc.
With this sale we will also start our promotional event. Sale patrons will have an opportunity to enter their name into a drawing for a $25.00 gift certificate to be used at one of our upcoming sales. To enter, upon your purchase of items, you'll fill out a ticket. One ticket per person per day (Sat and Sun). Drawing will take place on Sunday. The winner will be notified and announced on our Facebook page at that time.
The second event will be announced later next week. It will be a benefit raffle with proceeds aiding a leukemia (bone marrow transplant) patient. We will provide more info on this in the coming days.
As with all of our sales, FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED (NOT OPTIONAL). We value the safety, health, and wellbeing of our clients, our customers, and our staff far more than we value your dollar. If you aren't willing to don your mask for shopping our sales, you will not be permitted inside the residence. Please be kind, and considerate of those who do have health issues and are at a higher risk for contacting Covid-19. Your mask protects us as much as our masks protect you.
