Cash, Good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover Credit Cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Bring help to load your larger items. please. Limited help is available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No public restrooms. No early sales. All sales final. We will be running 2 checkout lines in hope of expediting the lines.

We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. We will be sanitizing surfaces during the sale and want all our friends and patrons to be safe. Masks are not required but we do encourage mask usage. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will take responsibility for the safety of others and wear a mask and observe social distancing.

We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. We do value your questions and will do our best to be responsive. We will be adding pictures periodically now throughout the sale dates. Please check back to see what is new.

This sale represents the contents of a home built in 1902 which was occupied for the last 60+years by the same owners.  A lifetime of interests are represented for your shopping enjoyment.  The home and three car garage are packed completely full.  We have never before marked so many items.

We believe that virtually everyone will find something that makes them smile.   We are only utilizing 6 rooms of the house because the narrow stairs that these older homes have can be treacherous.  We have made the upper story and basement off-limits.  We have displayed many items in the adjacent 3 car garage.  The home also has various levels of flooring, as it was added on to several times over the years.  Please watch your step, observe signs, and do not crowd.  This is a very interesting sale and we hope that you enjoy it!
