Cash, good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover credit cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items and bringing their own boxes and wrapping materials. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Please bring help to load your larger items. Help is not always available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can sometimes be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. We do not routinely provide moving services. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No public restrooms. No early sales. All sales final.

We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. We will be sanitizing surfaces during the sale and want all our friends and patrons to be safe. Masks are not required but we do encourage mask usage. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will take responsibility for the safety of others and wear a mask and observe social distancing.

If the weather is inclement or exceptionally cold, we will hand out numbers at 8:15am. This way you may remain in your vehicle, hold your spot, and stay warm until a line begins to form at the door closer to the opening time of 9:00am. We ask you to take your place in line at that time. We do not approve "markers".

We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. We do value your questions and will do our best to be responsive. We will be adding pictures periodically now throughout the sale dates. Please check back to see what is new.

This sale is being conducted in partnership with Christopher Gardner who also has a Topeka based estate sale company. He has TOTALLY refreshed his warehouse building and together we have packed it with wonderful holiday decorations and interesting antiques. Chris has been working overtime to prepare his building for this sale with fresh paint, new lighting, shelving, and more. It looks great, and we are excited about this special opportunity to team up for this event. The sale inventory represents items belonging to multiple clients. Please see all the attached photos. We will be posting pictures right up until the first day of the sale. We think you will have a great time looking at all the selections and it will definitely put you in a holiday mood.
