We cannot guarantee that we will have helpers to carrying your large items. There will be mowers for sale, furniture and etc., so a truck and / trailer will be beneficial. There will be at least two floors of sales space with stairs to the basement. All items must be removed from the property NLT Sunday afternoon August 02nd. Home is currently occupied by elderly person, so we will likely have to clean up each day, so that they may return at night.
