PAC Management Inc. makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs; however, buyers are responsible for reviewing the available information and determining condition, authenticity, age, and suitability before purchasing.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted. Applicable sales tax and any advertised buyer’s premium will be added to the purchase price.

Accepted payment methods and payment deadlines will be stated in each individual sale listing. PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to require cash, certified funds, or wire transfer for precious metals, high-value purchases, or buyers without an established purchasing history.

Pickup and shipping information will be provided in each sale listing. Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and an appropriately sized vehicle for removal. PAC Management Inc. and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring during pickup or removal.

Items not removed by the stated deadline may be considered abandoned without refund unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing. Shipping is available only when specifically stated or arranged with PAC Management before purchase. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to withdraw an item, reject a transaction, correct a listing error, or modify sale terms when necessary. Sale-specific terms provided in an individual listing take precedence over these general terms.
