BUYERS PREMIUM & SALES TAX - 15% cash/18% credit card. All sales under $100.00 will be charged to the credit card. Sales tax will be collected on items picked up live or shipped to Kansas residents. There is no sales tax on absentee bid purchases shipped out of state.
MODERN FIREARMS - Marked: FFL or C&R in catalog. Randy Hendershot Firearms is a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL), and he will transfer your Modern gun purchases at his shop, 8244 SW Valencia Rd., Auburn, KS. 66402. You must set an appointment and complete the appropriate paperwork which includes the required form 4473, to get an instant FBI NICS background check. If your NICS background check clears, as is usually the case, you can take the guns the same day. If there is a NICS delay, you will need to come back after NICS clears you. If you purchased a firearm and non-gun items, you may pick up all from Randy Hendershot Firearms the day of your appointment. If you did not buy a firearm, then you may pick-up any non gun items at Old Town Station, 201 SE 59th St., Topeka, KS. 66619.

OUT OF STATE AND ABSENTEE BIDDERS Modern Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your hometown. Most gun shops will receive these for you and legally transfer them to you for a modest fee. You will need to have them send a signed copy of their FFL with your name and email to rhenders96@gmail.com. Don't forget to include your name/bidder number. If items are to be shipped, please submit your FFL prior to the auction close. This saves everyone time .Email to: rhenders96@gmaial.com.

Payment Instructions: Online bidders will be charged at the conclusion of the auction via the credit card on file (provided to participate / register). If you would like to pay with cash or other cash instruments, you must notify Old Town Station prior to the close of the auction. If your credit card is declined or you request an alternate payment option after the card has been charged, an additional 2% may be charged.

Any used firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safety, function, and proper ammunition type before attempting to fire. Any description of mechanical function or condition does NOT mean the gun has been inspected or Okayed for shooting. Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and the ammunition in this auction is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.
ANTIQUE, MUZZLE-LOADING & AIR GUNS - May be shipped directly to bidders unless your local or state law has restricted this. It is our policy not to sell these items to individuals who would not be eligible to purchase modern firearms. By bidding on these, you represent that you are not a minor, mentally defective individual, or other person who would be restricted from buying and that such purchase is legal in your home area.
