Cash, good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover credit cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items and bringing their own boxes and wrapping materials. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Please bring help to load your larger items. Help is not always available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can sometimes be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. We do not routinely provide moving services. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No public restrooms. No early sales. Jewelry and valuable items will be removed at the end of each business day. All sales final.

Our opening day of sales we will not be discounting items. On the second day we will discount most items 25 percent. On the third and final day we will discount most items 50 percent. There are a few items that will not be discounted.

Covid hasn't disappeared altogether. We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will take responsibility for the safety of others and wear a mask and observe social distancing.

We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. We do value your questions and will do our best to be responsive. We will be adding pictures periodically now throughout the sale dates. Please check back to see what is new.

This sale represents a fabulous estate and also the inventory of a long-time Topeka antique dealer who is retiring her business.  The home is filled with high-end furniture, beautiful antiques and collectibles, lots of Native American and quality pieces of signed costume jewelry, clocks, and interesting and unusual items. We will also be including some 14K and 10K fine jewelry. This is an outstanding opportunity to shop for treasures.  There is simply too much to list.
