Prices are as marked, submit bid with cashier for lower price offers. We will contact you the final afternoon of the sale if the item is still available.

Day 1 is Full price, Day 2 is 25% off, Day 3 is 50% Off - from time to time we will add a 4th day at 75% off or announce deeper discounts after mid-day on the 3rd day. Watch for changes by 2pm of Day 3 to see if we take deeper discounts. If you wish to give an offer less than the current days price, you can do so by submitting an offer card at the cashier's desk. If the item has not sold we will contact you!

Bring all necessary help and tools to remove large heavy items and furniture. We cannot assist!! We do have an on-site dolly available for loading use (loading use only, not for borrowing and returning!)

We try to have plenty of check out bags and boxes available for larger purchases, but can never guarantee we will not run out. If we do not have bags and boxes available you can always pull into the drive to load up large purchases.

We are not responsible for accidents!
