Prices are as marked, submit bid with cashier for lower price offers. We will contact you the final afternoon of the sale if the item is still available (or before if your bid is higher than next days price).
Day 1 is Full price, Day 2 is 25% off, Day 3 is 50% Off - from time to time we will add a 4th day at 75% off or announce deeper discounts after mid-day on the 3rd day. Watch for changes by 1pm of Day 3 to see if we take deeper discounts or add a 4th day.
Bring all necessary help and tools to remove large heavy items and furniture. We cannot assist!! We do have an on-site dolly available for loading use (loading use only, not for borrowing and returning!)
We are not responsible for accidents!
If you are caught stealing, removing price tags or switching price tags, you will be banned from all future GPESA sales.

Golden Plains Estate Sales - Combination of 2 Downsizing Estates! Estate Sale held offsite in our Air Conditioned Warehouse (only the backroom doesn't have AC - we will have fans running, the majority of the space is cool!). This will be our final relocated offsite Estate Sale in this building, so come see us! In the future we will only be operating Estate Sales out of homes, so watch for our in home Estate Sales in the future!
