Mrs H was a Quilter, Seamstress and Fabric Connoisseur.  Mr H says this about his wife’s fabric shopping excursions…

"Her stash began in the early 80’s by shopping multiple times at shops in Kansas.  Once, I figured out if I would promise her to stop at any quilt shop while on a driving vacation around the country, we would both be happy.  So, this went on until about 2016 when her health prevented her from traveling.  During those years she purchased fabric from California, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, New Hampshire, Maine, and Prince Edward Island in Canada.  I think it is safe to say she enjoyed shopping fabrics…..

The International Quilt Show at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville (where there were hundreds of quilt shops and booths)

The world-famous quilt museum in Paducah, Ky
