L & L Family Estate Sales has a Wonderful online auction in NW Wichita

The sale will run from April 18th to April 22nd

Preview will be Thursday April 22nd from 12:00-2:00 pm

This beautiful home features a German Black Forest Grandfather clock with glass side display shelves.  Furniture: La-Z-Boy sofa, bedroom furniture, antique sideboard cabinet, side tables and lamps.  Hummels, home decor, kitchen and household items, small appliances and books.  Just in time for Spring is a patio table, chairs, umbrella and stand. Their is also a variety of hand tools, lawn and garden items, tools and hardware

There is definitely something for everyone at this sale.

The time scheduled load out will be on Friday April 23rd. Please make your appointment early to get the best time for you!

L & L is unable to remove heavy items and furniture from the house. We require a mask for entry into the house for our protection as well as yours. Other items will be pulled and ready for pick-up on the tables provided in the driveway so very minimal contact.

Please review and pay the invoice prior to 8:00 am on the day of load out. L & L will "process/pay" the invoice the credit card on file with Equip-bid for all unpaid invoices after 8:00 am. We will not be accepting any cash payments.

L & L Family Estate Sales will do our best to describe the item to the best of our ability. However L & L Estate Sales are not experts on the items listed. L & L Family Estate Sales will also identify any damage, chips or cracks if we observe it. It is the BUYERS responsibility to do their research on the items prior to bidding. We encourage you to come to the preview to look at the items prior to the auction close.
