This beautiful estate features Bassett & Ward Mid-Century Modern furniture.  Ward bedroom set is louvered walnut finish. Both bedroom sets are in great condition.  La-Z-Boy sofa & 2 rocker-swivel-recliners. Dining table, lighted curio cabinet, secretary hutch, barrel chairs, desk, coffee & side tables.

Whirlpool washer and a Maytag dryer.

Great collectables including Fenton, Hull, Roseville, Fostoria and Carnival glass.  Green depression glass, Colony, Whitehall, Gibson dinnerware.  Beautiful stained glass lighthouse, copper decor items and a large selection of miniatures.  Pyrex refrigerator dishes, Fire King, kitchen & household items and small appliances.  Framed artwork, sewing & crafts, games, electronics and office supplies.  Antique & vintage and holiday items.

The time scheduled load out will be on Tuesday October 5th  Please make your appointment early to get the best time for you!

L & L is unable to remove heavy items and furniture from the house. Other items will be pulled and ready for pick-up on the tables provided in the driveway so very minimal contact.

Please review and pay the invoice prior to 8:00 am on the day of load out. L & L will "process/pay" the invoice the credit card on file with Equip-bid for all unpaid invoices after 8:00 am. We will not be accepting any cash payments.

L & L Family Estate Sales will do our best to describe the item to the best of our ability. However L & L Estate Sales are not experts on the items listed. L & L Family Estate Sales will also identify any damage, chips or cracks if we observe it. It is the BUYERS responsibility to do their research on the items prior to bidding. We encourage you to come to the preview to look at the items prior to the auction close.
