Estate Of Paula Plott Amos

Paula Plott Amos, born in September 1946 in Wichita, Kansas, is a distinguished artist and designer. Raised in a creative family, she collaborated with her father, Leonard, a master woodworker, and was honored as Kansas Junior Miss during her high school years. Her passion for art and travel propelled her to pursue higher education at Wichita State University and the University of Oregon, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts. Paula embarked on extensive travels, including a notable expedition to Tanzania where she ascended Mount Kilimanjaro. She held the position of Resident Artist for East Heights Methodist Church and Chief Designer for Crescent Industries in Taiwan, overseeing the production of her designs showcased in prominent retail establishments. One of her most esteemed projects was the “The Plott Toy Shop” exhibit at the Wichita Art Museum, a collaborative endeavor with her father.
