Dad's Estate Sale

PAYMENT: Cash, Card, Venmo Accepted. Absolutely NO CHECKS will be accepted. All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS with no warranty given or implied. NO RETURNS will be accepted.

SECURITY: All items of value including Jewelry, Watches, High Value collectibles will be off site until the morning of the sale. Security will be on hand for both sale days, as well as periodically patrolling the neighborhood to insure the home is secure prior to the sale. We will have camera's placed throughout the sale. Any patron caught shoplifting, changing or altering tags, or committing any crime on premises will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Security personnel on site will contact law enforcement immediately in all cases.

ATTENDING THE SALE: Doors will open promptly at 8AM each day. No Oversized Purses / Handbags / Totes or Backpacks of any type will be allowed. You will be asked to return these items to your vehicle, or have them stored in the payment area. We accept no responsibility for personal items left at the pay table due to this request. Please be respectful of the home, other patrons and the items offered at the sale. We reserve the right to ask any Patron to leave at any time if they are conducting themselves in a disrespectful or disruptive manner. The family reserves the right to limit the number of patrons inside the home for everyone's safety. Any entry limit will be announced the day of the sale prior to opening. Please respect the decision of the family if an entry limit is imposed as there is an enormous amount of incredible items and space is limited within the home. There will be no entry or exit from the home into the Garage. The garage can only be entered and exited from the outside Garage Doors. All items selected in the Garage must be purchased separately in the garage. In some cases we may provide you with a ticket to pay inside at the main cashier, but no items will be removed from the garage until payment has been made and a PAID ticket has been presented to the Garage personnel. This is a 2 day sale with Firm pricing on day one - NO NEGOTIATION. Day 2 will include a discount on all items unless they are tagged as FIRM. Day 2 Discount will be determined closer to sale day and announced on first day of sale (likely 25 - 30 percent). There will also be a BID BOX where you may leave bids. Bids will be reviewed each night. Any Bids left for firm items will be reviewed and accepted only at the discretion of the family. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. We are also not responsible should any items become damaged due to negligence on the part of a patron either before or after purchase. Patrons who damage any items due to negligence may be liable for all or part of the price marked on the item's ticket.
