This is a tagged estate sale where items have been priced for easy and convenient shopping. We accept cash and credit cards with small fee. No checks please. There will be no early previews. All sales are final - 'as is' with no refunds or exchanges. Items will not be held without payment, so make sure you bring $$. We will also be using a Bid Box system. If you want to offer a price different from the marked price, just place your bid in the box and we will call you, if the item is still available. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. If you break it, you buy it. Please make sure you bring your own moving help. All items need to be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.

Caring Transitions is hosting a great estate sale in Berea, KY this spring. We had our 1st work day and took some preliminary pictures to share.
Here is what is unique about this sale:
* Authentic African artifacts - wood, prints, baskets, art, wooden military shield (Zulu tribe), wood drum - the owner was a missionary in Africa.
* Lots of antique Eastlake chairs, plus a set of 8 Mission-style chairs.
* At least 8 great flat-top trunks, plus a great steamer with hangers, drawers, key.
* Lots of outdoor cement items, benches, etc.
* Beautiful stained glass windows.
* Four-person hot tub. Protected inside - in great shape. We will sell this now to any interested party - asking $1400. It is all hooked up and can be turned on and tested. If you are looking for a nice hot tub at a great price, give us a call - 859-543-9848.
