These Terms and Conditions defined by M&S TREASURE CHEST is an irrevocable contract between bidders, winning bidders and M&S TREASURE CHEST. Bidders accept and hereby comply to be compelled by all TERMS AND CONDITIONS established by M&S TREASURE CHEST upon participating our auctions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, STRICTLY NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES AND NO CREDIT. Information tendered in the listing is merely by the advantage of the buyer with best knowledge of the auction house. It is solely the bidders' responsibility to ascertain, check, inspect, and firmly decide, prior to bidding on an item, all aspects of the item's conditions, state, realness and efficacy. M&S TREASURE CHEST does not give any guarantee as to salability and conditions of lot relating to the item's market value. M&S TREASURE CHEST for any reasons whatsoever has the right to accept or reject bid. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
M&S TREASURE CHEST ships packages through USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes. Shipping of large bulk items must be arranged by the buyer and removed from the premises no later than 5 business days following the auction.
