We do not provide assistance with loading - so be prepared to move your items, this is a ranch with a lower level that does have an outside exit, larger items that are in the lower level will have to be moved from the lower level as there is a curved staircase to that level.

We ask that you provide your own packing and boxes, we will not have any available and there are fragile items that will need to be boxed - so please be prepared and throw that box in the car before you leave.

We do not permit photos or videos due to privacy concerns

Parking will be on the property - there is a long gravel driveway to the home, Dan will be there to assist with parking - this is a Country road so watch for the house number - and our Estate Sale signs - it is across the street headed south from Emerald Glen subdivision on 338.

There are horses on either side of the driveway, there is an electric fence - Please keep away from the horses, do not bother them.
