Payment Info: Winning bidder credit card on file will be charged at auction close.

Additional Info: If automatic payment fails, bidder has 24 hours to add another card and process a payment on the invoice. Failure to provide a payment within 24 hours of invoice may result in items being sold to alternate bidders and may result in the suspension of bidding privileges.

Pickup Location: 554 Scenic Dr. Park Hills, KY 41011

Removal: Pickup dates are Friday, February 16, 2018 3:30PM-7:30PM EST AND Saturday, February 17, 2018 10:00AM- 2:00PM EST.

These are the only available pickup times. If you cannot make the pickup or arrange for someone to pick up on your behalf, we ask that you please do not bid.

Removal Assistance: Bring your own boxes, packing materials and manpower to load - these will not be provided.

If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.

Shipping: You may contact our recommended shipper to get a quote for shipping your purchases. We encourage you to obtain a quote for shipping of items that you plan on bidding on before final bids are placed. Payment to the shipper will be independent of any payments due to reSettled Life. When payment to reSettled Life is finalized, we can release your purchases to the shipper of your choice or someone designated by you. Since shipping is an independent third-party operation, we accept no responsibility in the process other than making sure items are handed over to the person or company designated by the buyer for pick up in the same condition listed in description of item. If utilizing the services of a shipper, please complete our Authorization Form, items will not be released unless we have a completed Authorization Form. Contact must be made to a shipper no later than noon on Friday of the scheduled pick up weekend, in order to ensure your items are accepted and scheduled to be removed by the shipper. All items left at pick up site will become the property of reSettled Life at 2pm EST on the final pick up date.

Notice: Any item not picked up by 2:00PM EST on Saturday, February 17, 2018 becomes the property of reSettled Life - NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be NO REFUNDS for items not picked up and a 15% re-listing fee will be charged based upon high bid amount.

Missing Items: reSettled Life make every effort to ensure all items are available for pickup. However, reSettled Life is not always in control of the pickup location. On rare occasion, an item may be missing on pickup day. If this is the case, a refund for the missing item will be issued to the credit card used for payment.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
