Bidding starts at $1 on all items with no reserve unless otherwise noted.
No credit cards are required to register to bid.
All bids placed are final.
When bidding you are entering a contract and are responsible for honoring it.
When you place a bid you must check a box agreeing to accept these sale terms before finalizing your bid.
All sales have a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid total unless otherwise noted.
All of our sales also have a scheduled preview time or may also be previewed by appointment.
Items are described to the best of our ability. Due to the wide variety of items we sell, all items must be sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS". It is your responsibility to preview items you wish to bid on to personally assess condition, completeness or authenticity. If you choose not to preview items you are bidding on you then waive your right to not accepting an item you have won due to a condition, completeness or authenticity issue. Please preview any items you may have concerns about prior to bidding or contact us for further information. Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card or Paypal payments. There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
For our Florence sales, credit card or Paypal payments may be made via the link at the bottom of your emailed itemized invoice or by clicking the "Pay Now" link on our website's home page. Credit cards are currently processed through Paypal but a Paypal account is not required to make payment.
For our Jeffersonville sales, you will receive a Paypal invoice in addition to your emailed itemized invoice. For credit card or Paypal payments to a Jeffersonville sale please use the link in the Paypal invoice only. A Paypal account is not required to make payment.
We have a two week deadline for holding unpaid items for pickup. If there are special circumstances that prevent you from picking up any item or paying within that time frame, please contact us to make other arrangements. No contact or payment from you within that two week period will release any items you have won from that sale for resale and thus could restrict or revoke your bidding privileges from future sales.

Pickup for any paid items must be done so within 30 days, unless previous arrangements have been made. If you are unable to pickup within that time frame, you need to contact the location of pickup prior to the scheduled pickup time. Any unclaimed items after the 30 day period will be considered “abandoned” and will be resold or disposed of.

We transport items between locations every other week. There is $3.00 fee, per invoice, to have items brought to the location nearest you for pickup. This may not include large orders or large items such as furniture. In those cases a higher fee may apply. Please email prior to bidding for further details on the transportation of large quantities or larger items. We also offer shipping services on any item.
