-All purchased items must be picked up by end of the final day of the sale. Please contact us if alternate arrangements need made.

We need help clearing the home for the client, so the bigger the piles, the better the pricing! Some of the highlights include Art Deco furniture, vintage/antique hand tools, Toro riding mower, tiller, power tools/saws, industrial metal cabinets, concrete bird bath, patio chairs, rustic swing, ladders, kitchenalia, vintage clothing, China sets, and other miscellaneous household items.

Items are located in the house, basement, and 3 outdoor buildings in total.

Some items will be priced, but most will not be.
