We want to invite you to the Estate Sale of Fred and Beverly Erschell.

Fred was Mayor of Ft. Thomas from 1978-1989 and his wife Beverly Helmbold Erschell, contemporary painter and the first woman to receive a Masters's Degree in Fine Arts from the UC DAAP, subsequently teaching at UC as well as NKU and the Art Academy of Cincinnati, she was also a close affiliate with Cincinnati Art Museum
