Thomas Estate Sale located in a ranch Condo with a lower walk out level features many unusual collectables, fine dining pieces, kitchenware, living room furniture, beautiful large approx 12x 15 carpet, Vintage toys including American Girl dolls, Barbie dolls and related items. Artwork, silverplate, pewter, antique pieces, linens, Hummels, signed prints, antique photos, costume jewelry, cast metal patio set, vintages clothing and more. This sale is located in a Condo Community with limited parking so please follow the signs. Do not block anyone’s driveway.
We accept credit cards with proper ID and of course cash.
Please provide your own help to move items, we do not assist with loading items - also provide your own boxes for packing.
We do give out numbers and will limit the number of people entering the sale - We also reserve the right, if conditions dictate to start the sale early.
All Sales are final - We do not offer presales.
Due to Privacy rules we do not allow photos or videos to be taken.
We are not responsible for accidents.
