If invoice is $301 or higher Cash, Good Check, or Card can be used Cards will be charged following the close of the auction. 10% Buyers premium for all transactions card, check or cash 6% Ky Sales tax. (However we are still a CARD ONLY company for any invoice under $300) If items are NOT picked up by the end of pickup day the card on file will be charged a $15 late fee and Durrett Realty Company Will Retain Your Items!
