This vintage Estate Sale offers MidCentury Furniture, including a Broyhill Tribute Premier Hutch,   Kitchen cabinet ,  art work,  kitchen ware, silverplate flatware. Bedroom furniture,  side tables and chairs,   costume jewelry,  pipe collection, glassware and a    basement  still loaded with items.  An upstairs with  sewing machine, sewing items including a sewing table, Christmas collectables,  small chest of drawers and so much more.  

This is a Cape Cod home with a 1st floor, 2nd floor and basement - .

Please be aware that there are steep steps to the 2nd floor and steps to the front door, we will have 2 entrances, one to the basement and one to the main living area. So you will have to choose, There will not be access to the basement from the main floor.  As this is a Cape Cod the stairs are typical to the 2nd floor and we ask that you take caution on the steps.

We will give out numbers and limit the number of people to each area -
