Come prepared to pay with cash, visa or MasterCard. We will be conducting a tag sale in a historic home located between Clarksville & Hopkinsville.
Our staff has been on site preparing for this sale and will be on site to assist you, during the sale. There will be packing material for smalls while supplies last. You will need to make arrangements for loading large items as we do not provide assistance for loading. We have made every attempt to organize, check items for damage and that electronics & power tools work properly. We offer no guarantees with any of the items. Please check items carefully, once purchased you own them. You will be purchasing items as is, where is.
This is a large home built prior to 1850. There are 4 large bedrooms upstairs along with a laundry room and enclosed porch. We only have furniture in two bedrooms upstairs. There is a detached guest house, garage and formal gardens. The first floor of the home has several different floor levels to navigate. This is not a handicap friendly home. This home has Kentucky, French, German and English antiques. There are several collections that can be seen in the photographs. We plan to enter and exit through the front door. Use caution when walking and while on the property. The formal garden are old and have uneven pathways. We will not have any items for sale in those areas. Use caution and care when handling and lifting items. You break it, you bought it.

HThis is a pre Civil war property with antiques from around the world. There are early KY “Land Between the Lakes” (LBL) antique pieces, including a cherry corner cabinet, walnut drop leaf table (this table would make a good occasional table or game table). The third piece is a cherry worktable with a blind hiding space, the fourth piece is an old kitchen cabinet from Christian County circa 1880-90, small pieces include two 19th century coffee grinders (LBL), a small Montgomery County TN circa 1840 lamp table.
The home is also filled with French & English mahogany and English oak antiques. There is a large collection of American Fostoria, Waterford pieces, Lalique, lead crystal figurines, large collection of vintage brass, Japanese Imari china, Quipper square lunch plates, oil paintings, water color art, beautiful collection of reproduction Chippendale and Federal mirrors, beautiful electric lamps, sterling silver and silver plate items as well as German & French antique crystal. There is a collection of fountain pens, cameras, knives, humidors, baseball cards 1960’s thru 90’s, bisque statues and bronze sculptures There is a huge collection of garden items, patio furniture, a large antique dinner bell and stand.
