The Peterson Family Estate Sale

Purchases:
- We accept cash, card (tap and contactless chip only), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo.

- All items are sold where is/as is.
- Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Not all items in the home are for sale.
- All sales are final.

Pickups:
- Please ensure the item(s) fit into your vehicle before purchase. We are not responsible for loading your purchase(s) upon pickup.
- If you need to outsource a third party to pick up your item(s), you MUST notify us beforehand of the designated pickup driver. The designated pickup driver MUST also present proof of purchase/permission, upon pickup. This is to protect each and every one of our guests. :-)

DISCLAIMERS:
- We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. Should you break or damage an item(s), you will be obligated to pay for the damaged item(s). We have also done our best to make the location safe and accessible. You are responsible for being aware of your surroundings and being safe.
- Children are to remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
- NO public restrooms are available. This is to protect our client's home.

We strive to treat the properties of our clients with respect and care, and therefore we kindly ask that all estate sale guests do the same.
