TRUE 3276 - Lansdowne Treasure Trove!

When you walk in this beautiful Lansdowne home, you can tell that it was loved and cared for, as were all of their belongings.  Everything we are offering is in very good condition and excellent working order.  We have beautiful Schnadig furniture in this home, couch, matching chairs and tables...beautiful and tasteful!  Honestly, this is some of the prettiest furniture I have currated in awhile!  The dining room table is so unusual, and lovely, with gorgeous upholstered matching chairs.  There's art, rugs, mirrors, and different decor.

The Gentleman of this home was a lover of history, guns, canes, knives, etc.  We are offering his large collection of books on every genre of firearms you can imagine. There are also brass trimmed solid wood gun display cases for sale.   They also loved music, so we have CDs, tapes, albums, even cassettes of every type of artist you can imagine!  There's a portable record player, DVD players, tape players, etc.

We are offering a fabulous outdoor patio set that is sturdy, lovely and in great condition.  This set also has lovely cushions that go great with it!  There's an outdoor storage patio chest, lovely big pottery pots and some yard statues, etc.  We are also offering two matching semi circle concrete patio benches...SO nice to make your patio more appealing to guests.

The bedroom set is gorgeous!  Large king size bed, in a rich Wormy Chestnut wood with metal decorative trim, matching dresser with mirror and night stands...it's lovely and in very good condition.  There are lamps of all sizes, some pairs, floor lamps, etc.  The pieces in this home are NOT your run of the mill...several lamps are SO unusual!

The kitchen table is a Farmhouse style with dark green legs/trim and 8 matching chairs and a large leaf...in good condition, is a real find.

We have three lift/sleep chairs with remotes that are in great condition and SO needed if mobility is a problem.  There are walkers, wheel chairs, bed helpers, the units that help keep someone safe in their bed, and we have several nice lap desks/trays.  Need a motorized hospital bed?  We have one in excellent condition for a lot less than you would pay for one new.  Also have an air pad that fits this bed that makes a person more comfortable if they must spend a lot of time there.  We have an UPRIGHT WALKER UNIT THAT IS AMAZING...SO useful for anyone who has mobility issues.  We also have walkers, canes, ALL types of aids for loved ones with mobility issues!  Blood pressure monitors, all kinds of health helpers!

We are offering a refrigerator, ceramic room heaters, extra sturdy metal shelves, tools, large and small, cleaning supplies, yard tools, a leaf blower with battery charger, and like new box fans.  We have a Utilitech Pro Industrial 30" fan that will literally BLOW YOU AWAY!

There is a lovely small Antique desk, wooden stands, a great brown leather recliner, a nice set of tray tables with holder, and unusual decorative items.

RUGS!  We have a great very long runner in very GOOD condition, black with gold design.  There are several other smaller rugs in different sizes and designs. There are several mirrors that will be lovely in any room of your house.

Do you love Chinoiserie pieces?  We have a gorgeous curio cabinet in this distinctive style!  It's lovely, has a light and is the perfect piece in which to display those special pieces you have!

We are offering crystal, Royal Seely cup & saucer sets, silver plate serving pieces and many Pier 1 pieces for serving and dining.We have a small indoor grill, an icemaker, a large double crock pot, just lots of small appliances.

The kitchen is full of hand painted wine glasses, bar glasses, several beautiful decanters, large serving pieces, unusual dishes and pots and pans.

We are offering a King size bed that is an ornate gold design that is beautiful and unusual...mattress is in good condition and this would be a great find for someone wanting to upgrade!  The bed is solid wood and in very good condition.

Kitchen wise, we have SO many dishes, a large crock pot, a small indoor grill, and we also have an oversized Commercial Infrared Char-Broil gas grill with tank.  This also comes with a custom cover, there is a super nice wrought iron ornamental hose caddy, too, with a very nice hose!

You HAVE TO SEE the beautiful Asian 3 section room divider...it is stunning in blacks and golds and silvers...will be a great addition to almost any room in your home!  Beautiful!

Let me revisit the gorgeous and different Schnadig Living room suite!  This is lovely furniture in a neutral golden color, large couch, 5 cushions and there's a matching chair.  Schnadig furniture is unusual, carved wooden designs adorn the legs of the couch and chair...it's just so nice!  The coffee table, side table and two end tables are all Pecan wood, with a marble inserted surround...they are beautiful with glass tops and a bottom shelf.  All of these pieces coordinate, the carving designs match...it is a great look!
