BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON STAFF TO ASSIST YOU. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do have an industrial dolly you can use, if needed. We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed in the home UNLESS you are carrying them AT ALL TIMES. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. They break it, you will buy it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. Due to recent event, we cannot allow that anymore. OK, my friends and frequent Estate Sale buddies, SELDOM can you actually buy pieces of gently used furniture that will immediately become "Family Heirlooms...However...THIS IS THE EXCEPTION!  You are in for SUCH a treat when you come to this beautifully appointed and well loved home in the quiet and serene Rabbit Run Town home Community!  Rarely is there a home where all of the furniture is coordinated and the majority of it is Virginia Galleries , Henkel-Harris from Winchester, Va.  The living room, dining room and matching Master bedroom suite is all made of incredible Wild Black Cherry hardwood and it is timeless and truly stunning.  Each piece has been lovingly cared for and is like new.  The dining table has 3 extra leaves and table pads, leaving it in pristine condition.

There are lovely rugs, art pieces, seasonal decorations, an incredible collection of Spode Christmas china and all of the trimmings!  There are beautiful bookcases, an antique office table, computer desk and a very nice and unusual desk chair, file cabinets, office files and supplies.  We have books, bronzes, clocks, Antique crock, statues, beautifully upholstered chairs that look as if they just came off the showroom floor!

In addition, we have vases, glassware, Rosehill pottery, lace tablecloths, bed linens, blankets, and some kitchen wares.  Christmas was king in this wonderful home, so there are Christmas decorations, wreaths with nice storage containers, Autumn decorations and linens.

There are two different vacuum cleaners and a shop vac is available.  Several tools, ladders, and many storage containers are available, as well as small hand tools, a rolling small tool cart and a nice hose carrier with hoses.

We have a cream colored small round table with two matching chairs and a sideboard that also matches.  It is perfect for a small space.  There are also baskets, silk trees, flowers, and decorative wall art.

BULLDOGS!  WE HAVE BULLDOGS!  SMALL STATUES, DOORSTOPS, SO DARN CUTE! We have a small pewter one, wooden ones, concrete one and also have a lovely 15" concrete garden rabbit that is awesome!  

Antique dolls, clothes, Vintage doll suitcases, are in excellent condition.  Vintage Army hats and medals, Oleika Temple Shrine Fez!  We have hand crocheted blankets, some with matching pillows, scarves with matching hats, gloves, Vintage and new.  Coats that are in like new condition, boots, purses, you must see to appreciate.

Did I mention the amazing Serta Series 1 Queen Size bed with a Sleep Number Adjustible base with remote?!  Like new, works perfectly!  The modified Cannonball bed is truly beautiful and matches the bedroom Secretary and stool, the long dresser, and the Highboy chest, as well as two lovely nightstands.  There are also beautiful high quality brass lamps that accent all of the pieces in the home.

We have a beautiful perfect collection of Lenox birds...30 different ones to choose from!
