As most of you know, we have been hosting online auctions throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We have our system down – following all the guidelines with quick and easy curbside/drive-up pick-ups. Note: You must sign-up for a 30-minute pick-up window from the link on your invoice.

We have another exciting auction ready for you with a wide variety of items – great furniture, clocks, military items, musical instruments, high-quality rug, our usual/unusual vintage finds, lots of décor and collectibles, plus appliances, riding lawn mower, and more. We will also be adding some nice garage shelving on Thursday evening. With 160+ Lots, there is a treasure for everyone. Note: There are several lots that will need to be picked up at the client’s home out by Andover Hills. Will be noted in Lot Description. We will coordinate this once the auction closes.

Auction ‘J’ will start closing on Monday, July 27th at 7:00pm. Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening, make payment from invoice, select a pickup time, then plan to pick-up items at the warehouse (1411 Delaware Avenue) on Wednesday, July 29th. If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Monday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice. Also, look for an important email from us Monday night with all details on payment, pick-ups, delivery, shipping, alternate pick-up/fees etc. Note – we do not hold credit card information, so you must take action to pay your invoice.

COVID-19 Compliant Details:

1. No Preview – all Preview Events are cancelled until further notice. We hope that our descriptions and pictures are good enough to ensure confidence in bidding. This will help us keep you, our employees and our warehouse as safe as possible.
2. Scheduled Pick-up Times – on your electronic invoice there will be a link to select an open appointment time for pick-ups. Just select your time and show up within your window. We will give detailed pickup instructions in our email that will go out Monday night. If you purchase many or bulky items, consider signing up for 2 appointment times (Example: 3:00 and 3:30).
3. Affordable front door delivery option – stay home and let us arrange delivery to your door. Most deliveries at $85. More for distance and bulky items. Send us an email requesting delivery after auction ends. We will confirm the fee and schedule your delivery for Wednesday evening or next day. You will pay the delivery company directly.
4. Alternate Pick-up - Need to schedule a pick-up on another day or time? We can do that! Just let us know and we will schedule another day to meet you at the warehouse. The following CASH fees apply: For up to 2 lots of small items - $10. For any furniture or more than 2 lots with small items - $20 or more based on space required. Remember – you need to pay your invoice on-time, even when planning to pick your items up later. Due to limited space we cannot hold items for very long. Items left will be considered abandoned and either resold or donated.

**VIRTUAL CASH-N-CARRY STORE UPDATE**

We will try to post more items in our Virtual Cash-n-Carry Store during Auction ‘J’. Make sure you check-in to see what’s new! You can buy items and pick them up on Wednesday, July 29th during your scheduled Auction ‘J’ pick-up time or between 4:15-5:15pm if you did not win anything in this auction. (Note: Items previously purchased and not picked up have been donated.) Thanks for embracing this charity activity. We have donated $1,500.00 so far to the KY COVID-19 Relief Fund.
