As most of you know, we have been hosting online auctions throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We have our system down – following all the guidelines with quick and easy curbside/drive-up pick-ups. Note: You must sign-up for a 30-minute pick-up window from the link on your invoice.

We have another exciting auction ready for you with a wide variety of items. With this auction we are starting to offer nicer Christmas décor and new or collectible Christmas gift-giving items – 3-strand pearls, Lladro Nativities, Dept 56 Villages, Swarovski & Disney ornaments, Holiday Barbies, Waterford, Longaberger baskets, Hummels. Other collectibles include - more Beanie Babies, vintage camera equipment, Lionel trains, UK die-cast cars. Lots of vintage goodies! Bernina sewing machine and notions. Antique clocks. Nice rugs. Great furniture – Mid-Century Modern sofa and wrought iron table, vintage Kroehler furniture set, antique secretary and English sideboard, La-Z-Boy sofa/chair/ottoman set, complete bedroom set, Liggett & Platt chairs, highboy chest, table/chair sets. Equine art and more. All kinds of household items – fireplace, lawn mower, ladders, elliptical trainer, flatscreen TV, Bose Music System, headphones, binoculars, outdoor furniture set, tools, lawn/garden, garage storage cabinets, Weber grill, work bench. Plus, 4-person hot tub! With 195+ Lots, there is a treasure for everyone!

Auction ‘M’ will start closing on Tuesday, September 29th at 7:00pm. Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening, make payment from invoice, select a pickup time, then plan to pick-up items on Thursday, October 1st at the warehouse (1411 Delaware Avenue). (Note – Hot tub will have a different pick-up day/location.) If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Tuesday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice. Also, look for an important email from us Tuesday night with all details on payment, pick-ups, delivery, shipping, alternate pick-up/fees, etc. Note – we do not hold credit card information, so you must take action to pay your invoice.

Thanks to those of you who participated in our Facebook Like/Follow contest. Congrats to Darlene Leets for winning the $100 gift card/credit for a future auction! Also, we have now donated $2,000 to the KY COVID Relief Fund. So proud of our efforts together! We will now start earmarking the proceeds of our Virtual Cash-n-Carry Store for our annual Christmas donation to a local charity that supports our senior population. If you have a charitable organization or cause you would like to suggest, let Lea know.

COVID-19 Compliant Details:

1. No Preview – all Preview Events are cancelled until further notice. We hope that our descriptions and pictures are good enough to ensure confidence in bidding. This will help us keep you, our employees, and our warehouse as safe as possible.
2. Scheduled Pick-up Times – on your electronic invoice there will be a link to select an open appointment time for pick-ups. Just select your time and show up within your window. We will give detailed pickup instructions in our email that will go out Tuesday night. If you purchase many or bulky items, consider signing up for 2 appointment times (example: 3:00 and 3:30).
3. Affordable front door delivery option – stay home and let us arrange delivery to your door. Most deliveries at $85. More for distance and bulky items. Send us an email requesting delivery after auction ends. We will confirm the fee and schedule your delivery for Thursday evening or next day. You will pay the delivery company directly.
4. Alternate Pick-up - Need to schedule a pick-up on another day or time? We can do that! Just let us know and we will schedule another day to meet you at the warehouse. The following CASH fees apply: For up to 2 lots of small items - $10. For any furniture or more than 2 lots with small items - $20 or more based on space required. Remember – you need to pay your invoice on-time, even when planning to pick your items up later. Due to limited space we cannot hold items for very long. Items left will be considered abandoned and no refund issued.

We will post more items in our Virtual Cash-n-Carry Store before Auction ‘M’ pick-ups. Make sure you check-in to see what’s new! You can buy items and pick them up on Thursday, October 1st during your scheduled Auction ‘M’ pick-up time or between 4:15-5:15pm if you did not win anything in this auction.
