Family Estate Liquidation Sale - Pictures added daily

Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of our family estate sale.
- MASKS REQUIRED
- PRICING - we do not negotiate. Items are priced at 100% on Friday, 50% off on Saturday and 60% off on Sunday.
- NO PURSES OR BAGS - Please leave them in your car. Fanny packs or small “wallet” like cross body bags are acceptable.
- All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE-IS”, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN.” There are no guarantees given by the owners of this estate. No
returns or exchanges are accepted as all sales are FINAL. Please inspect your items carefully to insure you are happy with the condition prior to purchasing.
We will always do our best to be transparent if an item has flaws, etc.NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES.
- We accept cash and credit cards (MC, VISA, Discover ) if your total invoice is over $25! We do not accept checks.
- The sale will start promptly at the advertised time. We encourage everyone to arrive early to “be first in line”.
- The neighbors appreciate your thoughtfulness when parking. Please respect the grass and do not block driveways or mailboxes.

If you're planning on buying multiple items, please bring boxes, bags and packing material.
We can't guarantee help with moving large or heavy items.
All large items must be picked up by close of the sale. Please be sure to ask about the policy and arrange a pick up time before purchasing. Remaining items will be removed from the house on Sunday and you will not have access to pickup. You are responsible for moving your purchased items
