PLEASE BE AWARE: There is limited parking in the area. We ask that you do not block anyone’s driveway or the main entrance to the home. There will be very limited parking onsite, with designated signs. Do not park in front of the garage or in the space nearest to the door (this will be used for loading/unloading large items)

We accept Cash, Card, Apple Pay, and Venmo only. Please look over your item carefully before purchasing, all sales are final. If you wish to purchase a larger item, we can provide a SOLD sticker. The buyer is responsible for moving/removing large items. Prices are negotiable, within reasonable amount. Bundle deals are encouraged, the more you buy, the more willing we are to give a better deal. Further discounts will be announced for the final sale day.

Numbers will be handed out an hour before start time, 8am. Take one number for each person attending. Doors will not open until 9am sharp. We do not do pre-sales.
