The second of our auctions for the Estate and Living Estate of Mary and Paul M. Lewis of Cecilia / Elizabethtown. This auction has even more fine antiques, a huge array of collectibles of all kinds, numerous exceptional coins from Mr. Lewis' collection, exceptional lamps, a vintage gas pump, many cast iron items and many other unique pieces.
Featured items include a $20 St. Gaudens coin (among several fine gold pieces), some very early Federal and other antiques dating from the late 1700s through the pre-Civil War era, an incredible vintage style stove that is all electric and in excellent working order, a vintage Wurlitzer jukebox, an exceptional modern Hepplewhite sideboard, far too many items to list them all. Also a fine collection of African American collectibles, an extensive collection of hard to fine granite-ware pieces, and many unique Americana collectibles.
This auction will conclude the contents of the home, but we will have a third auction for the remainder of Mr. Lewis' coin collection as well as his outstanding collection of Native American items. The auction date for these items will be set this week so check back for updates.
