This is a tagged estate sale where items have been priced for easy and convenient shopping. We accept cash and credit cards with small fee. No checks please. There will be no early previews. All sales are final - 'as is' with no refunds or exchanges. Items will not be held without payment, so make sure you bring $$. We will also be using a Bid Box system. If you want to offer a price different from the marked price, just place your bid in the box and we will call you, if the item is still available. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. If you break it, you buy it. Please make sure you bring your own moving help. All items need to be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.

Caring Transitions will be selling the entire contents of this traditional ranch-style home in Greenbrier. There are some major collections:
* 16 Barrister Sectional Bookcases of varying heights - Globe-Wernicke Co, Macey, Weis
* Military Items - army telescope, rations, helmets, gas mask, trunks, canteens, Nazi
* Camera Collection - too much to name. Still need to do more sorting.
* Large collection of fine antique clocks - 7 mantle clocks, 8 wall clocks and 3 cuckoo clocks from Germany, England, Switzerland. Makers include Seth Thomas Athens, Sessions, Fusee, Welch Patti, Ansonia, E. Ingraham Co
* Vintage Ophthalmology Practice Items - instruments, surgical items, lenses (Ademair's Test Lenses), glasses, eyeballs!
* Vintage/antique toys - fire trucks, xylophones, spinning tops
* Historical Theater Items from The Ben Ali Theater - downtown Main Street - lighted sign frames, spot lights, plaster head, plaster mask
* Hummel Collection - figures & plates
