We can't wait for you to see this wonderful estate! As usual, we take cash and credit cards. No Zelle or Venmo will be taken. Bring help to load heavy items, there will be no one on staff to help you. I do have an industrial dolly you can use, if needed. We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed in the home UNLESS you are carrying them. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. Due to recent event, we cannot allow that anymore. We have bags for you if you make purchases.
We expect such a turnout for this sale, that we will be issuing numbers in order of your lineup position. Please respect this system. The numbers will be handed out by staff on Saturday am and Sunday am, but we will not be doing that until about 8:00 & 9:15 am on respective days. Thank you for your cooperation!We are aware of the hot weather, but will allow customers to wait inside the garage before sale opens so it will be more comfortable. We will not be opening before the listed times.

I am honored to present the Estate of O. Leonard and Lillian Press.   Len was responsible for the development of  Kentucky Educational Television (KET).  This helped so many Kentuckians and propelled the GED program in the state.  Miss Lillian was the Founding Director of the Governor's Scholar's Program for the state of Kentucky and very active in the Democratic party.  They gave of themselves to Kentucky, their neighbors and friends all their lives.  I welcome you to their beloved and cherished home and know you will enjoy this experience.
