Live Auction Merchandise from Multiple Estates

By placing a bid you are entering into a legal and binding contract.  All items are being sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied.  There is no bidders remorse. All items are subject to 6% Kentucky Sales Tax if you are Tax Exempt, we will require a copy of your exemption certificate.  

Each item is on "The Block" for (60 Seconds), 1Minute.  We will provide a description of the item, a starting bid, and let you know when the time starts.  All bids must be in .50 cent increments or more.  We do not accept odd amounts.  

Estate Item Auctions are held Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. on our Facebook Page "The Hudson Block House" you will be able to recognize our page by the picture of the Stained Glass Window.

When Placing a Bid, We ask that you place the First Letter of the item in front of your bid amount.  This lets us know what item you are bidding on.  (60 seconds goes fast and with slower internet speeds, often bids come in after the item has been sold).  The Live Facebook Auction is always posted on our Facebook Page after the sale.

We ask that you do not make comments or tie up the feed by unnecessarily placing letters or characters in the comment section.  When you do this it slows the feed down and keeps people from getting their bids in before time runs out.

Pickup is the following day at The Hudson Block House Located at 201 West Madison Street in downtown Louisa, KY 41230.  We are located beside H & R Block in the Long, L Shaped, Green Building and across from the Marathon Station.
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit and PayPal only. NO CHECKS! Bring help to load large items. Neither the Estate Company or the owner are responsible for product liability or accidents. Purchase at your own risk.
