Antique Spool Cabinet: An antique spool cabinet. It has four shallow drawers stacked in a top portion with rounded edges, set on a rectangular table base with plain apron and tapered block legs. Each drawer has two wooden knobs.Gorham "Rondo" Sterling Silver Flatware in Chest: A collection of sterling silver flatware by Gorham. This eighty-seven piece set includes twelve hollow handle dinner knives with stainless steel blades, eleven hollow handle butter spreaders with stainless steel blades, twenty-three teaspoons, eleven dinner forks, twelve salad forks, five round soup spoons, two shell sugar spoons, one place spoon, two flat handle master butters, a gravy ladle, a tablespoon, a pierced tablespoon, a hollow handle cake server with a stainless steel blade, a cold meat fork, a flat handle butter spreader, a lemon fork, and an olive fork. These pieces feature the Rondo scroll pattern and each is presented in a mahogany stained wooden flatware chest with brass tone handles. The utensils are marked “Gorham Sterling” and the pattern name and the total approximate weight, excluding the knives with stainless steel blades, is 76.890 ozt.Antique Chest of Drawers: An antique chest of drawers. This low piece has an overhanding top, over three stacked drawers, set in a simple case with incised lines on the front stiles and paneled sides, with corner bracket feet and an applied apron. The Knapp jointed drawers have horizontal lines incised across their faces, bordering brass bails on batwing plates. The back has horizontally set, unfinished boards.Vintage Oak Ice Box by Garland: A vintage oak ice box by Garland. This rectangular top ice box features three cabinet doors of varying sizes with recessed panels, metal hinges, and metal lock handles terminating on a plinth base. The cabinet doors open to a porcelain interior with metal racks in one cabinet. This piece is marked “Garland” to the front.Plated Silver and Brass Flatware and Utensils with Gorham: A group of plated silver and brass flatware and utensils. This includes a Birmingham plated silver gravy ladle as well as an R. Ditmar spoon with an oval bowl, pointed shoulders, a thin neck, and a fiddle handle as well as two Gorham 1888 Royal teaspoons, and a round bowl soup spoon marked, “E & JB”. Additionally, there is a brass cocktail spoon and pick; one piece features a polished stone to the top. More flatware included.Antique Howe Soale Balance Scale: A balance scale from the Howe Soale Company. This piece is composed of a metal frame with the scale reading up to thirty-two pounds in weight measurement. The maker’s mark is placed on the center of the chassis with a patent date of December 12, 1892.Antique Oak Mission Style Umbrella Rack by Stickley Bros., Circa Early 1900s: An antique Stickley Brothers umbrella stand from the Quaint Furniture line, circa early 1900s. This dark stained oak Mission style piece has a square base raised on post legs at each corner, cut to pyramidal points at the top. It has a panel border around the top and bottom, with the legs stretching above and below it, set with a solid panel in the center of each side, leaving open vertical slats. It has a metal drip tray in the bottom. On the base is a metal tag with “Quaint Furniture/ Stickley Bros./ Grand Rapids, Mich” to the right of the early logo.Tin Pie Safe or Bread Box: A tin pie safe or bread box. This tin metal rectangular pie safe features a hinged door with raised gadroon border and fleur di lis accent and metal latch that opens to reveal three interior shelves. Cabinet has a pierced star pattern to the back and has a slat wood supported base.Sears Roebuck and Co. Motor Oil Can: A vintage Cross Country motor oil can from Sears, Roebuck and Co. Can has an orange, blue and white graphic and says its “100% Pure Pennsylvania Motor Oil”.Eastlake Style Marble Top Washstand with Mirror: An Eastlake style marble top washstand with mirror. This piece is walnut with a swivel mirror and a white marble top. The mirror is within a frame with crown molding to the top, carved detail to the sides and incised lines and pressed rosettes. The washstand has a rectangular white marble top with gray veining. Below is a full-width drawer above two half-width drawers and a recessed panel cabinet door. The drawers have pin and crescent joinery, and ornate brass bail handles with floral wreath accented backplates. The chest stands on a plinth base.Mahogany Butler Tray Coffee Table by Henredon: A mahogany coffee table by Henredon. This butler’s tray style table has a rectangular center with bookmatched flame veneer, with a semicircular leaf to each side. The leaves flip up to resemble a butler’s tray, with a cutout handle in the center of each arch, or down to make the table’s top oval. It is raised on block legs connected with a cross stretcher. To the bottom, it is branded with the Heritage Henredon logo, retains a Mahogany Association tag, and is stamped “CI-II 7-53.”Vintage Pine Pie Safe: A vintage pine pie safe featuring two hinged, panel cabinet doors that open to two fixed shelves and a vertical plank back. There is one wood knob, a key eschuchon, and a pivoting wood stay on the other door’s interior. The bottom case features two dovetail constructed drawers with decorative metal pulls and two hinged cabinet doors with pierced tin. The tin pattern is a star inside a circle with a smaller stars in the corners. The bottom cabinet contains a single shelf.Mission Style Dining Chairs by Arhaus: A set of six matching Mission style dining chairs by Arhaus Furniture. They each have a slatted back set under a concave curved top rail, between block stiles that extend down to the back legs. These connect to the front block legs by an offset box stretcher, and have convex curved aprons to echo the top rail. The square seats are padded and upholstered in a floral tapestry-like fabric. The maker’s tag can be found on the underside.Collection of Gilt Trimmed Tableware: A collection of tableware with gilt trim. This collection features thirty-five pieces of porcelain tableware including serving platters, dinner plates, salad plates, salad bowls, and saucers. The items are presented in white with gilt trim with markings such as “Theodore Haviland Limoges France”, “Ovington Brothers Mintons Made in England”, “C. Ahrenfelot Limoges L. B. King & Co.”, and “Pope-Sosser China Made in U.S.A. I-27”.Metal Pie Safe: A metal pie safe. This rectangular metal cabinet features a hinged door with raised gadroon border and crest accent that opens to two shelves with perforated circular shape to the back. Cabinet sits flush to the floor.
