• PAYMENT - Cash, Venmo or Paypal ONLY
• PARKING - You will be directed by an associate where to park upon entry. Please do not park on the driveway or anywhere not posted with a parking sign.
• ADMISSION - Entry to each of the buildings will be controlled and monitored.
• LOADING - You are responsible for loading your items, large & small. Help will not be available for loading or moving items.
• PROHIBITED - No oversized purses, bags, backpacks, etc., allowed.
• CONDITIONS - NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Property will open at 9:00 a.m. not before. NO EARLY ENTRY ON THE PROPERTY.

2. Do not pick up and carry around items you have not purchased. If you pick up an item and carry it away from its place, an associate will ask you to purchase the item or place it back in its spot until you are ready to purchase. Hoarding will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave.

3. Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you purchase. Remember ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. If you wish to test an item in advance of purchasing it, please ask an associate for assistance.

4. Prices are not negotiable the first day of the sale, however discounts may occur over the course of the sale towards the end of the last day.

5. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items purchased, large and small, within two hours of closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our associates are not allowed to help load items.

6. Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, the police will become involved. Security will be onsite for each day of the sale.

7. We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates to assist you with the purchase. After payment has been made, an associate will place one of our sold stickers on the item.

8. If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

9. Please do not bring food or drinks into the buildings and do not leave your trash on the property.

10. We will not have a presale and will not be posting prices prior to the estate sale.

11. We will provide numbers for entry into each of the buildings the day of the sale. No one will be allowed to enter a building without a number.
