Our staff has been on site preparing this home; they will be available to assist you during the sale. There will be packing material for smalls while supplies last. You will need to make arrangements for loading large items as we do not provide assistance for loading. We have made every attempt to organize, check items for damage, plug and play test to ensure that electronics & power tools work properly. We offer no guarantees with any of the items. Please check items carefully, once purchased you own them. You will be purchasing items as is, where is.
This home has three levels, with only a couple of steps to enter the home. The entrance and exit will be from the service entrance at the rear of the home. We do plan to give out numbers to hold your place in line. This home also has a porch, garage and patio area. This is a 3 bedroom approximately 4200 square foot home with formal and casual areas. Use caution and care when handling and lifting items. You break it, you bought it, applies.
The sale entrance and exit will be in the rear of the home. You will be able to load out through the front door or garage.

Doctor Parks-Pendleton home if filled with life time collections. The home is well appointed but not overpowering with small items. Display cases will hold the small valuables. There are several sterling serving pieces, sterling collectibles and a sterling flatware service. The dining room furniture, and occasional furniture are by Baker Furniture. Kindel furniture is the other manfactuer found in the home, two master bedroom suites and various other items. There are two KY made cherry corner cabinets, a KY made 1840s drop leaf table, two federal/Hepplewhite style chest of drawers, four poster bed with canopy, an abundance of antique lamps. The parlor is furnished with Victorian rosewood furniture, Baldwin mahogany baby grand, French style mirrors with gold gilt frames (over mantel and Pier mirrors). LARGE collection of French Limoges Havilland china with gold trim. Complete service for 12 Rosenthal china with gold cross hatching band. French crystal, English silver and glass epergne, French and English decanters, brilliant cut glass serving pieces, HUGE collection of late 19th and early 20th century lemonade pitchers. There is a large collection of pink and blue satin glass pieces, antique and collectible books, paintings, Wedgwood jasperware, wall art, oriental rugs, several pieces of mid century furniture and wrought iron patio furniture. Oh yes there is Jewelry, tobacco jars, antique tea caddies and an opium set. Photos of jewelry will not be shown until closer to sale date.
