PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN PACKING CONTAINERS AS THERE ARE SMALL AND FRAGILE ITEMS WITH MANY ITEMS LEFT, WE DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE BOXES - WE DO NOT ASSIST WITH LOADING -
Entrance will be in the back - there are steps inside and to the basement - exit from the basement will be in the back and you will need to walk up a hill to the back yard parking
Dan will be assisting with parking on the property - there is an empty lot across the street from the home down a few walking doors, there is no parking on the main street.
We do not offer presales.
We do give out numbers and will limit the number of people entering the home and or out building
we do not permit videos or photos due to privacy
We accept cash and credit cards with proper Id
All sales are final
