PAYMENT METHOD: Cash, Good Check, Money Oder / Cashier's Check, Card (5%)
Winning bidder will receive an invoice within 12-24 hours after the auction concludes and is expected to adhere to the following without exception:
* Bidder's that are picking up MUST do so the Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday following the sale from 10-4pm only located at 471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065. You must bring your own loading assistance and transporting / packing materials.
* Out of state Buyers picking up will be subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless exempt in which case your tax form must be uploaded to your account prior the the auction starting.
* Bidder's that pay online, with an out of state area code, will automatically be set to ship unless you call to make arrangements for pick up Monday and Tuesday following the auction from 10am to 4pm.
* There are two rounds of shipping per sale (usually Thursday's but subject to change at the auction house and/or shippers discretion) Shipping may take 3 to 6 weeks. All orders processed in the order in which invoices are paid. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, Fragile Pack 502-423-0000.
* Shipping estimates unable to be given by the house and requests will be ignored. You can however, call the shipper directly: Fragile Pack 502-423-0000.
* Guns that have to ship in house will charge true ship cost plus true box cost and $10 handling fee.
* In person federal background checks $10 per application.
* Failure to make payment and pickup on the scheduled days or shipping arrangements within one week will result in forfeiture of items and disputed accounts - NO EXCEPTIONS.
* You may pay online through the site when available, in person or by calling the auction house at 502-633-6555 opt 1 (5% card fee applies). Shipping arrangements will be made at time of payment.
All gun sales abide by federal and state law. FFL's must be sent to Swisherbrosauction@gmail.com
By placing your bid online you will be required to pay for what you win, no exceptions.
