Half price Saturday ( not Sunday) on items that are left in Part 2 of this packed Estate Sale, the major portion of this sale will be in the garage and basement which is new to this weekend, with some items from the attic brought to the living room. The garage and basement are packed with a variety of tools, garden tools, Craftsman multi drawer tool boxes, kitchen ware, Vintage as is furniture - and more. As you can see from the pictures the garage and basement leave little room to move so a great many items will be outside in the driveway the day of the sale. The upstairs will have items that were brought down from the attic.

Note: we will deviate from our normal Sat and Sunday sale and this sale will be held on Friday and Saturday only due to the holiday, - you might want to wear gloves and bring a flash light for the garage and lower level as some things in the basement and attic were packed away for years. Please watch your step on the sidewalk and steps to the inside of the house.

We accept credit card with proper ID ($20.00 min charge) and of course cash.

All Sales are final - you will need to inspect the equipment at the time of the sale. We do not do presales

We do not assist with loading and some items are quite heavy so please be prepared to bring your own help to load - and boxes will be an absolute necessity as there are tons of smalls and we do not have boxes available

Due to privacy regulations no video or pictures will be allowed.
