We will be finishing this 3 DAY Estate Sale Monday from 4-7 - Bring your boxes to this event and expect BARGINS on items that are left
Note: this home has a sunken living room so we ask that you pay attention to the step down into the living room.
We ask that you be prepared to move items, we do not assist with loading. We also ask that you bring your own containers to pack with packing materials, there are many fragile items at this sale.
We accept credit cards with a 20.00 minimum and 3% fee, checks with proper ID and of course cash.
All sales are final
We are not responsible for accidents
Parking will be on the street, driveway will be for loading items only
