This is a tagged estate sale where items have been priced for easy and convenient shopping. We accept cash and credit cards with small fee. No checks please. There will be no early previews. All sales are final - 'as is' with no refunds or exchanges. Items will not be held without payment, so make sure you bring $$. We will also be using a Bid Box system. If you want to offer a price different from the marked price, just place your bid in the box and we will call you, if the item is still available. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. If you break it, you buy it. Please make sure you bring your own moving help. All items need to be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.

NOTE: We have been working so hard on this sale, that we have not had time to post additional descriptions! Here are some interesting additions that you might want to be aware of:
NOTE: New pictures posted Sunday, June 3rd. Some may be redundant, but things are getting staged now and they may be in different settings. Lots more to uncover. We will be busy all week, getting ready for this one!
NOTE: New pictures posted May 11th. Also, just found - old dance card from Mt. Sterling dance - signed by Duke Ellington - the entertainment that night! WOW...the good 'ole days.
Caring Transitions will be selling the entire contents of this historical Versailles home. You will love looking around this house and of course buying all the unusual things. We still have a lot of work to do to get ready for this sale, but we just wanted to give you a preview of everything.
