TRUE ESTATE SALES Brick & Mortar !!

I am SO EXCITED! This is a first for TRUE Estate Sales...our first POP UP SHOP! We are temporarily moving lots of wonderful items from 5 different estates to a storefront in Versailles, Ky., for just a few days!
As usual, WE TAKE CASH AND CREDIT CARDS and Apple Pay. NO ZELLE OR VENMO. BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON STAFF TO ASSIST YOU. We DO have a flat furniture dolly for your use. ALL sales are final, we will issue no refunds. We take great care to check condition of every item, but please carefully look over your purchases before you leave sale site. We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed in the shop UNLESS you are carrying them AT ALL TIMES. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. They break it, you buy it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. We cannot allow that. My staff will happily and properly wrap and bag your purchases for you! We will not be opening before the listed times. This sale is located inside a beautiful historic building, so please come rain or shine...No Worries! Be aware, there are 10 steps to enter the building, but don't think of it as "STAIRS!", think of it as FREE CARDIO! THIS IS GONNA BE AWESOME!
