This is truly a packed 3 floor estate sale — Furniture, kitchenware, small appliances, bookcases. books of all types, office supplies, games, boxes of linens, Christmas, household items. The lower packed level does have an exterior door and we will be checking out downstairs and upstairs. We will be dealing on the many small items that are still left - so bring a box - pack it and we will !
Note: We do not offer presales
We do give out numbers and will limit the number of people entering the sale. - We also reserve the right to start the sale early if conditions dictate.
We accept charge with proper ID and of course cash. There will be a 20.00 minimum charge and 3% fee
We do not permit videos or photos due to privacy
All sales are final
We are not responsible for accidents
We cannot assist with loading, please provide your own help
